Returns & Exchanges

We offer No-Questions-Asked Exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check, store credit will be issued via email.
To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• With original tags intact

• In original packaging

⚠️ Delivery charges of ₹100 will be deducted from store credit.

• Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable in COD orders.

All approved exchanges will be completed within 7–10 working days from receipt of the returned product.

Items purchased during our exclusive sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the item received is damaged or defective.

In such cases:

• Our team will inspect the product after it is received back

• If no discrepancy is found, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 3 days of receiving the product
